It didn’t even occur to me in the beginning, but being a part of the Boobie-Thon this year has brought my site a lot of traffic. At least that’s what my sitemeter report says. But all I hear is the crickets around here! So here’s the deal… whether you’ve commented before or not, leave a hello! Kinda like my own personal “de-lurking day”, if you will. Just curious to see how many are actually coming by. I’m off to work, even though I was supposed to be off today.

This week has kicked my ass. We’ve been busier than normal at work, thanks to it being the first of the month as well as people getting their insurance checks for damage caused by The Storm. I open today and then I’m off for the weekend, can I get a AMEN. I was wide awake at 6am today, ready to do it again before I realized I don’t have to be there until 8. Oops.

We have fun things planned this weekend. It finally feels like Fall around here, so we’re hitting up the farm markets for pumpkins, apple butter, cider and other goodies. I really think I’m happiest at times like these, meaning Fall of course. I’m also doing some clothes shopping because, hello, my pants are getting too big (YAY!). Anyway, all things considered, I can say that I made through the week and didn’t maim anyone, so I’ve got that. But then, the day’s just begun…

Good Morning! It’s FINALLY October. It’s a cool 50 degrees out, overcast and I love it. Please let this mean that my Fall is finally here. I’m finishing up a new Fall design for the site so that’ll be up later.

Also… the Boobiethon has begun! I begin my volunteer shift in a few and thought I’d come share the link love again. It’s a cause that is definitely worth repeating. See what it’s all about, participate and donate! Every bit of help gets us one step closer to a cure. Thanks!
